Dear sir, i purchased a yu yureka yu s5200 mobile phone from paytm online services. Mobile delivered on 11-7-17 but it was damaged phone. The complaint regarding this was made to both paytm & yu play but still today after passing 1.5 month nothing is done from both cos. Any solution. So you are kindly requested to interfer in this matter and solve my problem of damaged mobile phone immediately by replacing or refunding money paid rs.7765/-. Jayant m. Gokani mob.[protected].
