Our refridgerator sponsored by the company broke few months ago and I have raised a complaint on it. The technician sent by the company is not helping properly, he hardly answers the cal after trying a number fo times.
And he visited several times without doing proper service and it not working properly. Now the fridge is not cooling even if it's plugged in the entire day. Either make it good or replace it, we are having a lot of loss due to this .
