An IT placement firm in Hyderabad called CodeForce 360 is a Fraud Company. They are on LinkedIn and have asked support from end no of consultants in their requirements for Qatar, Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Goa location on full time & contract positions. They put pressure and get free profiles from us and promise to pay 5% Margin on Gross salary of the candidate per annum which Is for Permanent placement, Coming to the contract positions a rate card would be share to us according to the years of experience, We would request you to run the candidate’s payroll base on the fitment of the budget, We expect these are the terms what follows in the recruitment industry, if any future clarification required please get in touch with us. They have not disclose the exact amount of 5% and when the candidate is about to get the offer they discontinue with our services saying that they didn't get quality profiles from us. If they were not happy with my team who sent CV's to them for IT requirements than why they kept on pressurizing my team till they gave them 36 CV's. They did not disclose the salary details before nor their client name. They kept on pressurizing us to send bulk profiles within a very short span of time. We sent 36 CV's from 23rd Jan 14 till 11th Feb 14. The first tracker they sent to us with the candidates update was one candidate had cleared all the rounds and was suppose to get the offer and two candidates were just short listed to take the next rounds. I have attached the updated tracker from Codeforce 360 which was sent to us for our candidates. As they were not giving updates for the same candidates my team stop sending CV's to them. Immediately we got a mail from Codeforce 360 that they have discontinued our services with them as they didn't get quality profiles from us. One of my colleague called them to remind to pay our dues pending from their company (for the services, Internet, telephone calls & portal) the Business Development Manager Mr. Srinivas spoke to him in a very rude manner that they are not suppose to pay anything for our services. Two reminders were sent to them through a mail regarding our pending dues and with the second reminder the BDM sent my team another updated tracker which shows all our candidates were rejected or High CTC. This tracker too is attached here. I am sending you all the mails and updated trackers from Codeforce as a proof. i have attached the proofs like emails and updated trackers from Codeforce here to prove that they are fake people. As i have worked for 2 months i had to pay per month for my Internet, phone and portal & special services given leaving my clients behind as they were pressurizing my team. My work remuneration to them is Rs 60, 000 Only. I would be very grateful if you could take a strict action against such fake companies who make other consultants work hard wasting their time, energy and money and denying to pay the pending dues. Your company doesn’t want to disclose the clients name nor the salary package so candidates don’t show interest in the job opening. Robiul Hoque and Sam Devanand are short listed till date they have not got any update for their interview. We sent 36 CVs from 23rd Jan 14 till 7th Feb 14. My team has to answer all their queries. I had told my team not to send any CVs to your company till we get an update from your side. We need the feedback for all our candidates who get offered in your company. If we don’t get any feedback for our candidates offered in your company we will see that none of the candidates join your company. When we ask for recruitment services, we expect quality and relevant profiles. Client’s name will obviously not be revealed but the salary package and budgets were definitely discussed. We accept recruitment services so that your team can overcome such obstacles for us, which includes holding the candidates. If you guys cannot do that, then the point of having a recruitment agency or organization seems invalid. We have made it clear for the reasons of delay in feedback, and have given them ASAP. The ratio of these profiles sent, by your team when trying their best, is so low that my team has to re-screen and evaluate the profiles.
