This is totally fraud & lier company. When i take policy that time company representative (Rohit/dharma) told that reimburse will refund 10-15 day.
Now more than three month has passed but till now did not received any positively response from company. Even i call many time but every time they fake commitment.
When i told for canceling policy as they told that within 45 day policy can cancel and within 4 hour refund will credit. But now no one responding on call and e - mail so far. Pls guyes suggest to refund policy amount which is rs 16000/-
There customer care is very worst they do not sense to talk and keep call on hold very long time.
Pls guyes do not take this company policy or check rating before taking.
