Cognate Health Services — fraud by cognate health - medical bills discount - to be imprisoned

Mr. Mrityunjay, md, cognate health services (Plot no y9-10, 2nd floor, vipin garden, main najafgarh road, delhi) has cheated me and is continuously cheating other people by selling online policies for opd/ medical bills discounts..
His modus operandi is selling policies by false promises of his sales team & later bluntly refuses to honour bills...
He does not even refund as committed in mail to full refund within 4 hours!! (If not satisfied within 45 days..)

I took a policy for 3 years on large commitments by sales team via telephonic conversation and made online payment of rs 24000 vide invoice no inv2219 dtd. 11th aug 2018 (Customer id - chs0000617)

I was requesting them to please honour discount on bills which they refused giving all vague excuses (Not informed before visitng/buying medicines???... Discount already taken on bills???... Major procedure not covered???... Etc..) adding to frustration, though everything was committed verbally and through mails.. I scolded them and asked to refund but they refused initially and later agreed to deduct payment gateway charges, gst and 25% service charges...???
Leaving almost nothing back???
I am really disgusted and horrified by their shamefulness & also feeling helpless... I also feel pity for other consumers as well as they must be luring other innocent people...
Kindly take appropriate action asap to make them stop cheating more people...
