I had taken a family policy for 3 year and paid 16000/- Rs. in April last year.
Till date I received only 500/- Rs as reimbursement after lot of hue and cry.
I am asking to return my premium amount after deducting 1 Year cost.
They promised me that if I convert my premium amount to EMI they would bear the cost of interest and bank charges it has been almost a year they have not paid me single penny for that.
I had lost faith in the company. Customer care fights and does not resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
