[Resolved]  Cognizant — Fake Experience Candidate with Proxy

Mentioned candidate joined cognizant with the help of proxy and fake experience certificates two years ago and proudly saying his BGV is done.

I am requesting to get the fact check and background verification should retake for the candidate and verify all the previous Employment details with the email proof of previous employer communication since onboarding and PF account details along with system generated offer letter, pay slips received date in email communication and previous employer background details as well.

I believe trust matters more for any Employers and will not encourage candidates who having fake experience.

And these kind of above mentioned unmatured and arrogant candidates who behaving like street rowdy's getting jobs decreasing the value and reputation of IT Industry.

Especially there are many aspirants still struggling who are genuinely trying to get the IT Job.
