Colgate — Brush on button does not stay on.

I just purchased a battery operated toothbrush. However the turn on button dosen't remain in the turn on position, in order to use I must hole the btton down while brushing. This needs to be corrected and a full refund made to me. P9942906 NAASBCCLPDA1
