Colgate — Product with non conformance

I made a recent purchase on colgate max fresh mouthwash (fresh tea) in flipkart. This is first time in my life I am seeing a product which is not having the following details

1)Mfr date
2)Expiry date
3)MRP
4)Batch No
5)Best before use

How come I will get to know that this product is good for usage.
Expiry date is a basic thing that all would look for in a product before using it.

Who is going to assure me on the quality of this product.

I even directly mailed to [protected]@colpal.com, and they are asking to return the product for which they will arrange an alternate one.

My question is how things went wrong with this product and what will happen if any of our consumers consume it, after this they stopped responding me.
