Colive — I paid 2000 reservation charges for Colive Ruby, Hyderabad,. I didn't get the room. I need my refund.

I made a reservation of Rs.2000 for triple sharing Colive Ruby, Gowlidoddy. The sales executive was Mousmi. She took the booking for a room which was unavailable. She later told it was mistake from their side and the room is unavailable. The other options were not in Gowlidoddy and I demanded refund and she agreed so. But she is not responding since then. Please provide my refund. I have attached the confirmation mail from her side.
