I am Devarajan Arunkumar, i moved to bangalore 3 months ago and When I was browsing for pg booking online, one of colive employee (likitha) contacted me and showed a video tour of a room and I paid a booking advance of Rs1499 on the same day (14 jan 2023) . I was told the rent was Rs11, 000 and security deposit was Rs5000 for a single shared room..After few days another employee (Ankita) introduced her as from check-in department and mentioned that the rent was revised to Rs16000 and Deposit was Rs10000. When i enquired about this to likitha and ankita my pg booking and check in coordinator, they did not reply my message and return my calls. I asked for refund since i didn't want to pay that much but they never responded. On escalation, she said would process the refund and promised me that the refund will happen in 7 days on 28th jan 2023 then again she started to not reply my message. And after raising a ticket and with regular follow-ups, ankita the check-in coordinator contacted me on 01 mar 2023 and enquired about my account number for processing refund and that it would take 20-25 days. I dont understand why it should take months to return my money when they changed the agreed upon rates and after 25 days i tried contacting the employee regarding the refund there was no reply for my messages or calls and i contacted the ceo suresh Rangarajan more than few times and he says he would address this issue but no action has been taken till now. i demand my refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
