Collect Dreamz Llc — fraudulent issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Renu( Sona Devi) wish to inform you that I had applied for 40 sq yards plot through Dream Valley Associates on[protected] vide application no[protected]Scanned copy attached) by paying an initial amount of Rs 1100 /-.

Receipts of Rs 3315 /- payment made per month starting from 7th July 2012 to 10 February 2017(Scanned copy attached). Total amount paid Rs 186740.

When my husband passed away on the 4th Sept 2015. I some how tried to make the balance payment but after 10th February 2017 due to my financial conditions I was not in a position to pay the balance money and the dealer cancelled my plot and then I requested for refund.

I was given 5 PDC's of Rs 21000/- dated 24/07/18, 23/08/18, 21/09/18, 22/10/18, 22/11/18 and 2 PDC's of Rs 20000 dated 18/12/18 and 19/1/19 and 1 PDC of 19000/- dated 18/02/12019 and 1 PDC of Rs18325 /- dated 17/03/2019.

When I deposited the first PDC of Rs 21000/- dated 24/7/2018 on the due date.I was shocked to know that it bounced due to insufficient funds. ( scanned copy attached)

When my brother approached the company office, he was made fun by saying you may do whatever you can .

I also wish to inform you that I am a widow lady having two female children below the age of 5 years and I am still running around for my pension for the last 1 and half years and still not got the same till date. I stay on rent and support myself by doing small tuition's to earn my livelihood.

I humbly request you to look into the matter and use your good offices to do the needful so that I may get all my dues at the earliest and justice be done.
