Colorplus — Color fade and goes out via water during wash

Initially, i've purchased a trouser rs.2595. I've raised a complaint regarding color fade out on colorplus customer support after first wash and send the garments to them. They told after 25 days like following:

"with regards to the below mail and telephonic conversation with our store staff your trousers went through a proper quality check against the complaint made, this complaint was not approved as there was no manufacturing defect observed in the garment. We observed white patches appearing on trouser and that may be because of excess soap used, as a result we cannot replaced this garment for you. We have delivered the trouser back to the store and request you collect the garment on your next visit to the store."

I've used more than 8 years of surf excel through my washing machine. They simply blame to surf excel and reject the replacement.
