I registered for comedk+uni gauge the money was debited from my bank account but the payment is showing failed I did the payment on 8th April and I've been trying to contact since 5 days but there's no response, please rectify the problem as soon as possible

My name is Kunal Dugar, I joined BMSCE college Banglore through comedk on 17th November 2022 for a Btech course. But on 19 November I sent an e-mail to both comedk and BMSCE for withdrawal of my admission and give back my documents and refund my fees paid.
I belong to a middle-class family the amount paid is very high for my family.
Please look into this matter. I will be thankful to you....

In response to the recent round 1 allotment of engineering seat, I have opted for the accept and upgrade option.
