[Resolved] Comet Infowave Pvt Ltd. — IS IT FRAUD COMPANY?? | |||
I am ganesan from kerala and i have joined with this company on June of 2013, and started the work with my whole family members and some data entry's are also hired. 3 slots were rejected and i understood that was the mistake from my side, i could not able to give their needed accuracy. no comments on those 3 works. But last month 30.11.2013, i submitted my 4th slot which i took very pain and did my work with very sincerely. I knew that my work will have more than 70% accuracy. Normally they give accuracy report within 3rd day, because of mistakes. But 4th work, i did not get my accuracy report, after so many reminders on 9th Dec, they sent their accuracy report said that below 70%. Error mentioned was 31.4%. i got stunned while verifying their accuracy report, unnecessarily they added some mistakes, but it is not a mistake, sample enclosed here. Actual word: didIbecomeasculptorhe (like this other mistakes in other files). help line word: didIbecomeasculptorhe accuracy report said : did I become a sculptor he (deducted 3.5%) And the funny thing is i got reply mail from their own help line that how to type those words. After so many calls Mr.Sauroop a senior person said that accuracy report is correct and asked me to do the rework. But i repeatedly called them and submitted my clarifications mail also on 10.12.2013, and after some reminders, he said he will talk to Higher authority and will get back to me. Until now, no phone call or mail from them, waiting for their reply. I think there are some inefficient people are working inside comet, could be one reason these kind of problems arise. or otherwise they could be some fraud company as said by some other people in consumer complaints forum. I am totally free from everything in my life, now i want to find out which is true? what is the truth behind it? Money, Hard work, Precious time are secondary part in our life, the first thing is Truth, Why they should do like this? Anyone who is working with that company and making money please mail me. or phone me. I want to discuss more with you. Thank you Guys at Comet,
Received my payment of Rs.27000 + Rs.1000/-. as you said for the rework payment.
Now, the company has taken more steps to give better service for their freelancer typists.
Received my 5th slot also. At first sight i thought they have given very critical file, after discussing with one of their seniors Mr.Abishek, I understood the work is little easy.
and they promised that their Help line will be opened for 24 Hrs. Round the clock.
Once again thank you guys, but only advice from my side is please communicate immediate, because this is time bound work.
Improve your quality service and naturally we will all grow and support you.

Finally, It is understood that some Good and experienced people are working in Comet Infowave pvt ltd.
I received a mail from them that my work is accepted, but it is said that my work is a rework with 100% accuracy, and the payment will be released as per the agreement.
It was not correct, it is the my first submission only, not the rework and the same information has been informed to them also. I did not get any acknowledge for the same. Hope they will send me the full amount with my refundable deposit amount also.
I am waiting for my payment, Hope my problem will be solved within this week and i am planning to promote this company in my place, after the next work.

You had accomplished your work with 100% accuracy. as per your work is done in Rework Criteria and as per the Agreement, Your Payment will be released from Head Office.
Doing all that part time work while continuing in your full time position was extremely ambitious, and took a lot of effort and dedication on your part.
