The Package was picked up from our home and then they gave us a AWB number [protected], Order number [protected], which was fake.The package was addressed to.

On tracking the shipment with the AWB number its showing no Data found in the website (Xpressbess). Comfocall is a courier service company servicing Xpresbees... On calling the company Comfocall they are making excuses of searching the package from the last 15 days. The package was collected on 12 Sept. 2023. The Package contained Garments worth Rs.18500.
Kindly please arrange for the package cost of the garments from the courier as the package is lost as per conversation with the courier representative.
