I ordered a product (western top) from https://comfyqueen.in/ and today I received a cheap saree material instead.
When I asked for refund calling comfyqueen.in @ [protected], they tried to phish me. They made me send a sms to [protected] which in turn sent me a link which asked personal bank account details like UPI pin. I did not fill the form and disconencted the phone. But I received a sms for Indian Overseas bank saying there is a request to link my bank account with a BHIM IOB UPI. I immediately deactivated UPI on my bank account. Later I saw similar complaints for this website on https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ Strong action should be taken against this company. I would like to get back my 950 INR from this company. I filed a case in cybercrime.gov.in against them.
