The website is an “intelligent” fraud platform started by a group of mischives. The reasons I call them “intelligent” thieves is as follows :

a) They provide a platform to compare and provide DTH services. And they provide it diligently (as far as my experience is considered)

b) They route the customer’s requirement to the respective DTH providers, and they earn their commission on it.

c) Other than that, they provide some schemes, and ask the user to pay a minimal amount as Service and Handling charges.

eg: The combo of Dish TV and Shoes is offered at a Rs. 1599.

d) Once Dish TV is purchased, they ask for some minimal amount to be paid, to obtain the shoes.

e) Once the amount is paid, they send a receipt to the user, confirming their payment.

f) Now, they have received Rs. 199 extra from the user. Not to mention, the shoes you have ordered are no where in the picture.

Frankly speaking, I have neither received the shoes, nor the amount till date despite multiple complaints on their customer care.
