Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — shoes not received

Haven't received shoes after payment of rs 199/-. I have got offer for adidas shoes at the time of new connections.
I made payment at same day.
But still not got shoes. Near about 100 days has been passed.
Please help me to resolve this issue query.
So much follow up but don't get any response from it.

I have booked a dishtv HD+ ...but still pending... No response from your side...keep on calling them No response... Disconnecting the call by seeing the no..i think they are cheating... Don't book in online..
All online are cheating people... Don't believe... I hate it
