Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — They make payment from me and not sent any order id

They call me and offered me lots of thing. They told me that order the connection from them at rs 299 after installation rest of the money will receive by cash in hand but they didn't sent a confirmation of order. Please help me to take my cash back
