I undersigned wanted to purchase a EEKO CARGO in the month
of December 2014. I went to COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES NAJAFGARH ROAD and booked the
same on by paying cash. We remained with the dealer for 2 hours for various
things during this period nothing was offered to us nor was water available
within easy access. One document was to photocopied which took more than half
an hour. Ultimately we dropped the program to be with competent.
Finally the vehicle was purchased from DD Motors MAYA PURI.
We submitted the required documents to COMPETENT for the
REFUND of RS 5000/- on 15 JANUARY 2015. Till date we have not received the
refund. On our visits we were told the refund has been delayed due to
non-availability of the RECEIPT given at the time of booking . MAY I ask
the person MR. VIPIN (executive) why did he accepted the application without
the receipt. We are now following up personally daily since 12th
February. Promises are made every day and at evening some excuses are given.
Reason to shift to other dealer was left blank by me on
their request, as the reason was no satisfactory service offered by the staff.
The reason has been FABRICATED saying that someone was known to me, and if
things wanted to be verified by yourself that can be verified with the handwriting.
