I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent purchase of Miroiter28379 from Complacenciaa. I received the product on 30 may 2023, I placed an order for a mirror based on your advertisement, which stated a "buy 1 get 3 mirror" offer. However, upon receiving the package, I was deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and the overall experience.
Firstly, the package arrived in a severely damaged condition. Secondly, upon opening the package, I discovered that I received only one mirror instead of the advertised three mirrors.
