I ordered online Complacenciaa product Neck Breeze 3671 Essentials on 11 June 2023, as cash on delivery costing Rs2999/-. It was shipped to me via Super Deals building no 67, Lane no 3 Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi, 110051. Email id of shipping company [protected]@onlineshopstores.co.in.
I received the product today which is very substandard and poor quality. It's changing pin not even getting inserted in the slot. I am thoroughly disappointed and request my payment be refunded and product be returned by the company. Thanks
