physical abuse on mobile phone

mobile no. is physically abusing me permanently. Even if I'm at meeting or at my workplace this no. disturbs me a lot.
some times even it become very embarrassing when I'm in some public assembly/parties.
plz help me find the way out since I can not even change my no.
