I am registered with my mobile number [protected] on shopping portal 100bestbuy, and i was having credit of Rs1086 in my account, but when i checked on 07/30/12, it was not showing in my account, i send mail to there customer care on the same day, but it was not resolved, again i send a mail to customer care on 08/12/12, but it is not resolved, again i send third reminder on 08/19/12, but still it is not resolved till now, i have tried calling so many times, but still it is not resolved, can u please help me in this regards..
