I saw an offer while I was checking my mail about FLUX shoes available for 500. I had heard of FLUX brand so I decided to order it from 100bestbuy.com. I paid the money and they sent me the shoes in 3 days. Now the problems start:
1. The shoes I ordered were NO.10..they sent me No.7
2. The shoes are fake and not of FLUX company but some flow company.
3. The shoes have an MRP of 160 on them.
4.The shoes have a sole made of plastic and it is like a kid's shoe.
5. I called their customer care and they say I have to courier it back. Why should I spend 100 rupees to courier it back?? Why cant they take it back themselves? Now I have to spend 150 for a 500 rupees product and I cant even guarantee that they will send me a replacement.
