100Bestbuy.com — fraudulent money transactions and promise with no response | |
I has entered a contest with 100 best buy.com on the 31st. They registered me with a payment of Rs998 which was immediately debited from my account through timesofmoney. I did not win (which is okay) and as promised the amount was credited in my 100bestbuy account as credit points. Through this credit point a purchase was promised. How ever the credit points cannot be redeemed in the site..there is no such option anymore. The numbers provide by customer care are non responsive. Emails have also not been responded to. I request an immediate action and that my money be refunded to me. This has also cause immense stress to me. I wish that to be compensated. Was this information helpful? | |
