[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Deficiency in Service

I have purchased 2 IPOD's from 100nests.com by paying online on 29th May'11 covering shipping charges. Total amount paid Rs 998/-

Since then I've been trying to contact them at below no's/email id's/messages but no response

Surprisingly I got an sms asking me to pay Rs. 699/- on COD as my IPOD's have been dispatched. To stop delivery i should sms stpi to[protected]. Since I had already paid i imm sent the message to stop delivery.

I got the reply from [protected] saying that representative would contact me. However, no one has called me.

Request you to look into the matter as it seems that I would end up losing my money

Today I got a call from 100nests customer care no. [protected] representative Amit asking for details of complaint lodged. I gave him all the details as required and he assured me calling at 4'o clock after re-confirming every details. He gave ambigupus answers for all the queries like i do not know, have no idea, would have happened by mistake. Shockingly, I am unable to get thru the so called customer care no [protected] as phone is continuoulsy ringing. Minutes after the call I again got an sms asking me to pay Rs. 499/- on COD.

Request you to please look into the matter.

I was shocked that the ipod delivered is without 2gb card!! It re-confirms that the company is fraud. Please take action.
I applied for ipod and i got the call from the courier service on 30/05/2011 that they received ipod parcel and they deliver the parcel within 3 or 4 days they asked me to pay the money Rs-699 at the time of delivery then I accepted their request but still i didn't received the parcel and I tried to contact them many times phone is ringing no one is there to pickup...They are cheating i thing...
The Ipod delivered does not work!! Please take some action.
100nests is third rated organisation here to cheat people and my request to ALL is not to act to any of their e-mails, SMSes and calls.

They thrive on money from public earned through unfair means and by sheer cheating.

I responded to their SMS for an iPod -- I received the parcel -- and paid cash on demand too !.

To my surprise and deep agony, the product ( or just the piece of plastic item ) did NOT have any Memory Card in it at all -- and above all the iPod DID NOT WORK even after I purchased a branded memory card and fixed !!.

Rascals and .

The promoter and the top executives must be booked and punished .

I can bet sooner they will go behind bars for no point of return .

And as a lawyer, I shall trigger legal action on 100nests very soon..

Please walk to a decent shop nearby, pay a little extra -- and get good products instead -- and just IGNORE any offer from 100nests and such companies like 100nests.

i ordered for the wrist watch and i received the watch is all together different than what i ordered. your cusstomer care number people are abusive.
I have still not recd my refund. It's almost 3 months!

I have taken ipod in COD(Rs.599)delivery mode, after paying the Amount i saw that product is not working, i was trying to contact no one as responded and returned the product.

please look into the Matter to get back the Money.

I have order for ipod+watch combo from 100bestbuy.com . Then next day itself i got a cal from ur side and one o[censored]r executive discussed about product and he confirmed my address . then after few days i received product .I am satisfied with your product .Thanks for your good service

Wrong Product Delivery

I did not received the 50% cashback on order reference id received 29131914. Why?
