i have ordered a product(casual shoes) on 3rd august but i haven't received the product until the proposed date. then after complaining about 10 times i haven't received the product and even any further confirmation about shipping of the product. then even after opting for refunding of the money for the last 10 days, there is still no positive response from them. I am not getting my product and also my money back. Also my mobile balance is getting wasted for all this calling to the service centre for complaint.
