100Bestbuy.com — Refund money of Contest

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Ms Shipa participated in 100bestbuy.com contest where I have been told ,there is a contest where I can win i-phone 5 by paying Rs.4999/- online.
if I don't win then my full amount will be refunded .

I had called on 29th jan 2013 to their customer care number where I came to know that I am not in the winner list and my full amount will be credited in my bank account in 2-3 days.which is still not received .Now I have been calling them till today to follow up payment refund status to their customer care number but there is no seems that my amount will be refund.

Would request you to please look into this matter as it is very big amount.
