We ordered an item called "Funskool Creative Kit" (Rs. 377/- + 100rs shipping charges). (order ID: 2488462)

The item we received is completely different. We received an item called "Shell Art" (Rs. 249/-).



The product description of the item that we have ordered was as below.

This Creative kit comes in a re-usable jar that is transparent and red coloured. Your kids creative mind needs a practical approach to shape their imagination. This toy set has plenty of Dohs in four colors. Various animals and geometric shaped moulds help the kid inculcate patience and create objects of their imagination.

I have already raised a complaint regarding this, and they asked to courier the product to them back.

I have done that.

Now, they sent me the same item again.

There is no proper reply for the enquiries regarding this. customer care is worst.

This looks like real cheating. It seems there is no real product available with them which is shown in their website. In that case, I want my money back.
