we ordered a Reebok cap on 7th march ,but a wrong product was shipped .
which was supposed to be a genuine Reebok cap and match below mentioned details as per order and their website.

But we received a different colored (mehandi coloured) ..that too not a genuine which has Reebok logo outside and at the inside says oveesse sport wear and poor quality cap.although we never expected this from a website and somewhere reebok was mention.we never expected a brand fudging from a website as well.. but i guess it was done intentionally
so we called them but their rep hung on us.and most of the time they dont answer the call, then after countless emails they requested to return the product back
we shipped the product but the address was not found and product is currently under transit back to us

please tell us how to proceed for a consumer complaint
