100Bestbuy.com — Order Not Received

I had purchased a mobile and witch online from 100bestbuy.com vide order no. 1395370 on 12th NOV and I was promised to deliver the product with in 7working days but till date (17th NOV) I have not received any confirmation or product. When I spoke to their customer care no. which is impossible to get through they re-assured the delivery of the product but no response yet.

Please advise how to deal with situation.

My order No. 1251852 placed on 31.10.11 is yet to be processed. I contacted their office which is in Bangalore and spoke to one Mr. Rishi and Mr. Aslam who confirmed that they do not work for the e-commerce unit but other units of the same organisation. i ordered tshirt and watch combo from 100bestbuy.com and it is more then 1 month i have not recieved my order and now they also dont pick my cal please do something.i am really pissed off with therd service.

I have ordered Combo pack of dresses which consists of 3 nos. dresses. I have not received any message or order no. from them even though money was debited from my account.
