Had participated online contest at 100bestbuy.com and done payment through credit card on 19th April 2012. Later followed up with call center team [protected] wide Reference No[protected] for product delivery, in last 16 months I had contacted more than 50 times....have spoken to so many executives and few say they received my payment and within 15 working days product will be reached....when i call up again saying product not delivered, the executive says we have not received your payment....same has repeated many times, have taken up with higher ups Mr. Raj Singh & Dinesh ([protected]) who confirmed the issue will be resolved and product will be delivered asap. I had experienced such worst and worst service never in my 15 years of corporate life. Payment proof receipt screenshots has been sent to [protected]@100bestbuy.com....whenever i call up the executive says we will check and get back to you, in 16 months not even a single call or mail has been received on this subject....I finally request 100bestbuy.com to refund by amount with 10% bank interest rates for whole 16months plus Rs.2000/- expenses towards call center STD calling bills which i had spent in this 16months...else will charge a complaint at local police station Was this information helpful? | |||

Are you blind, have already attached the proof of payment...as mentioned above, had many times submitted the payment details to your [protected]@100bestbuy.com email id...please check everything and then confirm.
