I ganeshchandra sahoo want to know that your company is a fraud and cheating company. i ordered a 16 gb spy pen video camera on 13th of march. my order number was 222659. i received the product yesterday, on 24th of march. when i opened it i found the product to be defective and not functioning properly. the pen camera's power on/off button was very loose and it slipped down as i kept it straight which makes it very difficult to switch on/off the camera. i tried to contact the naaptol customer care but the call person was misbehaving me. i said that it came with 6 months warranty but he said to repair the switch at a mobile shop. he argued me in the matter of warranty. i want to let you know that i want my product to be exchanged, repaired or give my money back.
