my retirement benefits was approved by CDA (Allahabad) and was forwarded to my pension account branch SBI, RatanLal Nagar. the amount was approximately 2 lac. and being a retired old age person and suffering from oldage ailments i am not able to visit to your office very often. sir, my original letter whch was forwarded by CDA to Ratan Lal Nagar Branch but the same was forwarded to Allahabad (Pension branch) without informing me. i came to know only by my personal visit. But the sad part is staff of SBI Ratan Lal Nagar branch shown careless attitude and they forwarded my original letter with their covering letter dated 19 April 09 to wrong address in Allahabad. due to which i could not get the amount sanctioned to me. Sir, i had words with AGM Mr. Mittal also on telephone and he assured me that Ratan Lal Nagar Branch will look into the matter. but till date Neither Branch nor Myself are able to trace out the whereabout my letter. Your are requested to look into the matter. thanking you.

Sir, My retirement benefit amount of sum of Rs. 2 Lac which was sanctioned by the CDA (Allahabad) was forwarded to my pension account Branch SBI, Ratan Lal Nagar. But said branch had sent the original sanctioned letter to SBI, Allahabad Pension Branch without giving me information. But the said Part is on inquired about the matter i came to know on 06 May 09 that Ratan Lal Nagar Branch sent the original letter with their covering letter dated 19 Apr 09 on wrong address. Ultimately i have not got the amount till date. Sir, this careless attitude has given me mental and physical torture. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER

Sir, i did complain about SBI Ratan Lal Nagar Branch regarding loss of original letter (retirement benefits sanctioned from CDA Allahabad).Sir, staff of said branch cooperated with me at the most and finally they got succes to find out the letter. and it is confirmed by the staff that letter will be despatched carefully to Allahabad concerned branch, only. Thanking you.
