I have received the following message on 3 May 09 on my mobile [protected]

"Congratulations ! You have won GBP 250, 000, in 2009 (SHELL) INT'L mobile draw. Winning to claim your prize. Contact - Mt Thomas via email @ [protected]@live.com"

I have already contacted Mr Thomas but I have not got any response.

I would be greatful if you could let me know the procedure for claiming this prize.
