The govt is also equally culprit as they are not lettiing a rule made
" NO fake University can give any advt. for any admission of students, appointment of teachers or for any other purposes in any Newspapers or TV channels or Radio."

The govt seats idle making and minting money from here or there and inauguations and spending lacks of tax payers money uselessly and for the powerful people's sake. Everywhere there is a corruption in India and I am 100% sure that Govt can DEFINITELY stop it by making law whivh is practicable for ending corruption in 10 minute flat:-
1) No file can be cleared by any govt employee without turn. If violated then the name of the person doing this override will be published under Hall of Corruption List from hallof corruption.com or like sites besides making a fine of Rs.1000.00 to be deducted from his/ her salary.
2) Special courts and fast dealing for corrupion cases and making public all the names and actions taken. and even making penalties and actions taken more stringent.
3) The citizens can meet any govt employee for official work only in camera to be monitored by 2 independent deptts. like Vigilance Team and respective Deptts. Anti-corruption Team. All the teams computers will be interconnected.
4) All files in the govt. sector to be cleared in max. 1-3 days, whatever the case may be. either rejected or approved or kept pending mentioning reasons thereof on net.
5) Immediate approval of simple cheme cases after submission of documents within 5-10 minutes in every deptt.
6) Quality of performance to be judged by Spl. Teams from Govt., Private parties to be choosen from the same fields wherein qualification and exp. shold be the criterion and open selection by giving ads.) like civic amenities, roads, govt. purchases and investments incl. disinvestment of Govt. Stakes.
7)_ More frequent checking for shortage of delivery of petrol/ diesel and mixing by petrol pump owners - it seems nobody is checking at present as even 5 litre can most petrol pump owners are having are not exact measure. Similarly weights deptt and other Sweet shops, kiryana shops, telecommunication companies frauds by overcharging etc. etc.and checking and monitoring on daily, monthly basis and showing results on websites made popular and simple.
8) Govt. to introduce to let people make respose to submit thr' email, post or sms their Invoice no. and TIN no. against any purchases against paying VAT. and annoucing rewards occasionaly so as to encourage more and more people to feed all their purchases. This way the govt or sales tax deptt. can monitor if anybody is not printing and fake Sales Invoice and paying Full Vat as collected to the govt. as if any Invoice no. against any particular VAT No. is not shown on the final return by any sales tax payee it will show a red colour and the person will be caught (you can call it red-email caught, if not red handed).
9) All fake Universities to close down or let Directors, Beneficiaries or Members face arrest and actions and Police should raid all these universities for an IMMEDIATE CLOSURE and seize all documents, assets of these Instts or universities and get the refund of genuine and affected students enrolled in the same.
10) Everybody will have a Unique Identification No. living in the country with finger prints and complete data, so that the Govt. knows about who's who and so the crime rate will definitely fall down.
