Everybody is requested to quit such a company as soon could be made possible...you all have got minds, so you are posting your valuable messages, but your HR seems to be heartless. Its better to utilize your time & energy in carving your career for a better tommorow. Try to get into PSU or other govt., semi-govt. organisations, or you can start all over with small business plans with promoting semi-govt. agencies like NSIC. Its time to move on...Don't keep thinking...Don't bear exploitation.. Take our country to greater heights...evolve employment and be a party to it...Success is waiting for you, , Go Get it...///

As per checked your complaint I totally agree with you because I also facing the same issue in my company experience its not company fault there are some old management people not serious about you & junior employee work.
I think need to change the all old staff who is serious about the work & doing the internal politic with the junior.

3 I info tech is worst company there employee's are unethical. Managers and team lead are unethical, they treat non Marathi fresher ppl very badly.
They menatlly harrssed fresher specially who is non martahi.They pass comment always. I know the people are suffering those in thane client side branch of 3i info tech.
