I have got seat in first counselling in control systems in jntu ananthapur. But later I decided to change the branch through web counselling, i got the desired branch through it, and i did not come to know the instruction that it should be taken to the notice of the convenor, PG ADMISSIONS, jntu kukatpally before[protected]. my name is in the final allotment list in the net. Can i get the present seat that allotted me in web counselling or can i get the previous seat that allotted in the previous counselling. As the classwork is going to begin 5th october, please solve my problem with the kind heart.

I got admission in m.tech in NIT, Kurukshetra in E.C.E on gate basis in 2009.
my gate percentile is 91.46.
it was a sponcer seat, which left vacant in 1st counceling and converted to general category on which i got admission in 2nd counceling, college management refused to give me scholorship.
how can i got scholorship.i am a general category candidate
