I Er. Dharam Parkash Kaushal had applied the passport on[protected] vide File # CHDA00998209 but after more than three and a half month passed my passport has not been sent. Yesterday only I got a letter from Regional Passport office, Chandigarh through ordinary post (written to me on 8th May2009) that they require death certificate of my father who was passed away more than 40 years back.I have dropped mail to RPO but nthing has happened.After long trial I could be able to connect my phone line to no [protected] and the person on line said the letter was posted mistakenly, actually recent photographs of mine are required though I have submitted my recent photographs.
