Aa — Not issued PAN Card

I submit application for PAN Card at I.T. PAN Service center Bhilai, on 27 August 2008. My PAN Card does not dilevered yet.I made Two complaint for not issuing PAN Card to the Head office Delhi, But there is no response of any complaint.

I made a call to Delhi Head office, there an executive said that your PAN Card is dispatched.But I dont get it. Please resend my PAN Card as soon as Possible.Further details is as given below-
