This is to bring to notice of the management of aarya cabs, the inefficiency of the driver. I am a frequent user of aarya cabs. I booked a cab on 19/oct/2011 having trip ID: [protected] cab no. DL 1 RT 5184 driver name Jabbar Khan - [protected] for 09:45 PM the same day. I called the driver on recieving the SMS that where is he and what time will he be reaching. He replied he will be coming soon. He reached me 30 minutes late. Everything was going smooth. On our way we passed through five petrol pumps. Suddenly on the ring road he stopped the vehicle telling the vehicle is out of petrol and gas. There was heavy vehicular traffic on the road but not a single person on the footpath. He told me he has to get fuel from the nearest petrol pump and started walking. Did he never knew of his vehicles position? We passed through FIVE PETROL PUMPS. It was really scary and I started walking. I walked nearly two kilometres and luckily got an auto. He never tried to contact me. ARE THESE PERSONS SAFE TO BE DRIVERS OF A COMPANY OF YOUR REPUTE ? I had an emergency situation 3 days back when i had to take my mother-in-law to a hospital. I called them up from 5 different phone numbers requesting them to provide a cab to the hospital. Every time i received "Unable to provide" sms before i got off the phone with their customer care.
It was pretty frustrating for me.
I never suggest anyone to book a cab from Aarya..specially when its an emergency.
