[Resolved] abdul — One Time Charges and Huge Bill

I have given the complain in Customer Care in 1500 regarding i have got huge bill in Bill no:12075346,since they says to contact this no:[protected],i hvae tried but they are not giving the proper responses,Since BSNL is the top most Service Provider and it is Govt Company,Why there are not treating us and there are not giving the proper responses...I want the the above bill number to be resolved as soon as possible.Why there is large of Bill Dispute in BSNL???????

i have bought the n97 about 3 to 4 months ago, and it's by far the worst phone i have ever bought in every way.
it's too slow, it keeps freezing, it's just a bad phone. in other words for a smart phone it's very dumb, and a wast of money.

I have called to BBMP and regertered complaint 10742176 for street light not working, Received SMS as assigned to Officer Mr. Anand [protected], When contacted to Mr. Anand says this jurisdiction does'nt comes under him. I am astonished.
Can any one response to this or send a proper contact person details.

As per above subject, my order is booked online, but when they will unable to deliver 30 minute in my deliver point my order directly cancel from your outlet.

This is your service failure. and no body proper assistance from customer care.
They also agree failure her service.

This is very bad experience with us.
