abhi — not coming to addressee and delivering the parcel

i got a call from ur service that i got a courier.They didnt come to the anddress and not delivered.
after 2 days they called me and ask me to collect at nearest branch.i called them they said come and collect by 12:00 o clock i waited theree for 1 hr no response to call.
after a day i got call and they said as u didnt come and im not responding to their call, so we send back to main office and asked me to collect there.
again next day i got a call and said collect that at nearest branch at kukatpally.
continuously 3 days i went there at 12:00,!:00,2:00 resp. i called the manager he gave phone no of delivery boy.i called him he lifted and said i[censored] want ur courier come me after 1 hr then he vl say when will he be free.so we dont have any work except to wait for those delivery guys.
They said i came to ur address "NO ONE IS AT HOME" but address in that is MY OFFICE ADDRESS
ATLAST I DECICED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.
EVEN EVERY THING WHAT THEY TALKED WITH ME IS RECORDED.
I WANT TO FACE THEM AT CONSUMER FORUM
