I am Geeta Bhasin w/o Mr. Rajesh Kumar Bhasin from 669A/7, Govind puri, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019. My ABN AMRO BANK Gold credit card no. is [protected]. I have received your Account Summary statement for the month of 15.03.09 to 14.04.09 on date 16.04.09 with the three wrong & fraud transactions. First MMT MONEY SAVER FEE rupees 5000, second UPGRADE FEE DEBIT rupees 2500 & third is YESS FEE rupees 75. I have call your bank on same date to correct the wrong & fraud transactions. They have provide me the three compliant no. for the three wrong & fraud transactions. First compliant no.is [protected] for the MMT MONEY SAVER FEE, second is [protected] for the YES FEE & third is [protected] for the UPGRADE FEE DEBIT. After 15 days bank have call to me that only YESS FEE & UPGRADE FEE DEBIT will be canceled from your account & MMT MONEY SAVER FEE will not be canceled from your account. Your bank executive have told to me some vouchers will be send to your home address against the MMT MONEY SAVER FEE( 5000 rupees) without my permission. Your bank executive attitude is not positive. So i request to you plz. cancel my MMT MONEY SAVER FEE rupees 5000 & other two wrong transactions from my account immediately.I will not pay the single rupee to the bank for the above three wrong & fraud transactions. If bank will not be serious for this kind of wrong & fraud transactions, then i will go to consumer court against ABN AMRO BANK for this kind of fraud transactions . So i hope, you will be serious & take immediate action for the above three fraud transactions. No need for that kind of credit cards for the fraud transactions & mentally disturb to the customer.So cancel the credit card also. thanks

ABN AMRO BANK Credit Card Division — Fraud Transactions
Dear Sir,I am a Freedom Credit Card holder of ABN AMRO bank since 2005. On 13th December 2008, my card was forged by someone over the internet and made payments to different mobile service providers and same was confirmed by Bank's executive during the verification call at the same time. The card was used for full limits till that time but some transactions were declined by the bank, however transactions worth Rs 21399 were not reversed. I have paid all my outstanding as on statement date except the amount of fraud transaction. I have lodged the complaint in the bank about the same and received the new card along with few papers to complete the formalities for reversal of fraud transactions.
The required papers were sent to the bank two three times by fax and mail, but till date said transactions are not reversed by the bank, further in every statement late payment and interest is charged. I have called up many times but every time I was told that your transactions will reversed with in 60 days time period.
I am continuously receiving the calls from the bank's recovery division for the outstanding payment and every time I have to tell them the same thing. This is creating a status of defaulter on my name, which is not true…. in any case…
Now I have received an e-mail from ABN AMRO bank which is as follows;
"We refer to your dispute regarding the following transaction(s) debited to your card account:
We will like to clarify that the transactions conducted on your card are all internet transactions. They have been successfully done by using the CVV number that is available to the Card holder only. Hence the transactions are being deemed as valid transactions on your card account.
We regret that we will not be able to reverse the same and we request you to pay the said amount.
Please note that late fees are levied due to non payment of at least minimum amount due within payment due date. The finance charges are levied due to non payment of total outstanding within payment due date.
We regret that we will not be able to reverse the charges levied on your account.
We would like to inform you that total outstanding on your card account is Rs 30, 806.79 which is payable by you. The account is suspended due to non payment of the dues within the stipulated time.
Therefore, we would request you to clear your dues immediately to avoid any further charges and collection follow up."
I request you to please advice me on this matter.

I am allredy give u 2 complaitn's for Reversal of YESS fess charges & i was allready explain your bank every thig & after 2nd mail your bank give me a mail on my id & say that u can take back these charges but till yet it will be added (Show) in my statement so i[censored] can't do any thing then tell me so i will go for legal processHarmeet Singh

100% agree with Geeta, these stupid banks create disturbance in the already hectic life.
