Pls don't do any course in accel. Instead of joining those course go and join in small scale company even for the salary of 3000 or less and gain the experience.

The course that have been specified to you is IMS or Infrastructure Management Services. Its a good program provided that you work hard. And not everyone gets selected for this. There are certain prerequisites.
After getting selected, you have 3 months classroom training in Solaris and 3 months on the job (OJT) training in AFL (Accel Frontline) - then you will be placed as a Engineer in AFL. You need to work hard and learn as much as possible right from the start.. If you get good exposure in Solaris, then getting good salary won't be a issue. I personally know quite few of my friends, students and even colleagues going for this program.
This program gets you right into L3 Server Administrator.

Don't do any course from accel it academy. Because they are getting too much money for a course and the teaching is very worst and then the staffs doesn't know anything about the subject. and dont waste your money.
