Accenture — relieving letter

Good day All ,

This is Kalpana Narayanasamy ,Employee Id[protected] ,female employee , was working in IBC KNOWLEDGE PARK , BANGALORE for 14 months of time . During my tenure , I had some problem with few guys of my team which I had already reported to my Manager through Team Leader. They tried to convince me as much as I can. But , I was undergoing a severe trauma out of it and met with an accident .

I was on leave for three weeks for the same and submitted my medical reports to my HR. He disagreed to it and asked me resume my work though Doctor certificate clearly stated me bed rest of 3 months. Later part , he gave me a suggestion to pay 3 months of basic pay and leave the company which was roughly Rs.30,000/- . Later , I got a mail from Finance department that i need to pay Rs.90,000/- which is a big amount . Hence , they are holding my Relieving letter for past 5 months.

I was jobless for 5 months and my family was suffering because of that. I got a new offer for lesser amount and I need to join the firm with Relieving letter. I tried contacting my HR , Mr.Thilak Ramanjenaya and He is saying " Pay 90,000/- and get the Relieving letter " . I pleaded him as much as i can saying about my current family situation . He is literally harassing me.

I would like to plead you all to help me out in getting the relieving letter asap , hence I can run my family. I tried calling 1000's of people over phone and no response.

1. Why was action not taken against those guys even though I reported to My seniors???
2. Why dint HR accept my medical certificate though , doctor asked me to take 3 months bed rest after accident ???

I was forced to come out from accenture and now HR is demanding Rs.90,000/-

3. Can a normal Lower Middle class family pay 90,000/-??????

4. Isn't harrassment towards a female employee???????

5. A fellow citizen is suffering out of hunger without bread and butter with the entire family . is it the way to treat ?????

Please help me out in getting my relieving letter asap or my next step will be worst which everyone have to regret. ( HR said , do whatever you want to do , either die or give police complaint , I dont bother ) . These were the comments I heard when I tried calling HR department.

Please resolve the issue before it reached media. Thanks Once again

I can feel your pain.
Do you have the mail id of the ombudsman in the company???
Drop a mail to him initially, then I will suggest you the next step and also mark the HR person and the opps manager.
If you do not have the mail id of the ombudsman then ask your frnds who are still in that company. You have to fight
