Hi,

My PF withdrawal was filed by my Ex-employer Accenture services on 9th April 2009, as on date it is 5 months and I still haven't received my claim. When tried to get in touch with the PF office at Bandra, the phone keeps ringing. 1 out of 100 calls get answered and when you ask about the claim status they disconnect the call.

I am tired and frustrated, on getting my money deposited to my A/c.

My PF A/c number is MH/BAN/45665/38345.

Pl help.

      Hi,



      This is Govind Vallav Pant and my A/c no is [protected] in Jayanagar Baranch Bangalore.

      On 02/08/2009 at night some one has made the online transfer of Rs.15000/- from my A/c.

      This is Bank fault, as I never shared my User ID and Password with any one but transaction happened.

      Even though I never ever replied to any mail which usually come to some one.

      Please tell me weather bank will return back this amount or not?

        Hi All,

        This is my earnest request from you to pleae help me as i am tortured by the Accenture Noida.

        I have resigned from the company in 02/03/2009 and still have not received my F&F where i suppose to get 75, 000 rupees from the company, have done 100 times follow up with HR team they said that, will do that very soon now its going to be six month still no scope getting my hard earned money. I am going through in a very bad situation i don't have job since left this organisation and don't have money to pay my house rent and for my grocery..

        I have contacted to all the senior manager/operation regarding the same but they did not do anything so far. I have great hope with you please help to get this issues resolved.

        I look forward to hear from you.

            It is submitted that cheque no 75034 dated 30-Jan-2009 for rs 3283/- and withdrawal cheque no 148243 dated 30-Jan-2009 for rs 1563/- were sent to the MANAGER AXIS BANK DLF GURGAON SG-21-22 DALLERILA SHOPPING MALL PHASE - 2 GURGAON - 122002. For final settlement and withdrawal benefit against Provident Fund Account No 94723/10379 in my Name and crediting the same to my Saving bank Account No [protected]. But regretfully it is submitted that no action has been taken by the concerned Manager and I personally contacted with AXIS BANK OF Rajouri Garden Branch also.

            It is humble request that immediate and urgent action be taken to settle the issue under intimation to me at the WZ -106/81 RAJOURI GARDEN EXT, NEW DELHI -110027 and contact no [protected].

                I have worked in Accenture from 1st Dec'09 to 28th Feb' 09. I got my old PF Fund balances transferred (from Genpact) to my new PF account in Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. My Employee Id Was 10512578. My PF account was "MH/BAN/45665/75382" in Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. I have e-mail to Accenture Finance Department for Withdrawing my PF. I received a response that PF withdrawal process can only start after two months of relieving.

                Now, its more than three months and I have not received any information from your side. I would request to please help me to get my PF withdrawal and transferred to my Bank Account.

                I have attached my Salary slips for the month of Jan-09 for further clarification and details of Bank and PF account. This is my money please help me to get my own money. It looks like "Accenture do not want to support at all"

                Please contact for any further details. Your quick response on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

                  Respected sir,

                  I was working with Accenture services till February 19th 2007. I asked for the transfer of my PF to my new company PF account. The details of the old and new PF accounts are as below:

                  Old PF A/c. No. : MH/BAN/45665/16489
                  GROUP No. : 53
                  This PF account is maintained at The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, 341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra( E ), Mumbai - 400 051

                  New PF A/c No : KN/23390/4970
                  This PF Account is maintained at the Bangalore RPFC.

                  I did called the Bangalore RPFC office for the same, and they said that they have not received any intimation from the Mumbai PF Office.

                  So I'm trying to call the Mumbai PF office for getting the satus but not able to reach anybody there. I tried calling Mumbai PF Office @[protected]/2/3/4/5/6/7/25/29 but nobody picks the phone. Also I mailed them at 'acc.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in' but have not received any reply from them.

                  The PF transfer request was submitted by previous emplyer on 24th Aug 2007 to the Mumbai PF Office.

                  Also I did logged a complaint at the complaint at the "Public Grievance Portal of Government of India" on 21st November 2008, with the reference number "CEPFO/E/2008/06328 ". Still, i have not got any status of my PF Transfer request.

                  Attached is the PF Transfer request submitted by Accenture(MY Previous Employer) to the Mumbai PF Office. Serial Number 36 indicates my name Rudresha HK.

                  Please help me out in getting this "PF Transfer" issue resolved.

                    Dear Sir
                    My name is Tina. I was an employee of Accenture Services in Chennai. I hold a HDFC gold credit card and have also taken a personal loan from HDFC. I resigned from my job in May 2008 and I am currently in Riyadh with my husband. After I resigned from my job I had some issues in making payment for the loan and credit card. There has been delay in making payments but the payments happened. Now for the last 2 mths payment for the personal loan was not made. As I am not in Chennai, I'm unable to deposit the money in my account. But the HDFC collection agents are harassing my mother and brotherm using abusive language to them and even threatening them. This is not the way in which an agent should talk. Agreed that we have not paid for 2 months but dont you inform your agents that they are supposed to talk in a courteous way??? My mother and brother are being tortured by them. they keep calling at odd hours of the day and just land up at my residence like as though i have not paid for 2 years, This is not the way any bank employee behaves. I have friends who have taken loans from other banks and who have also not paid for a couple of months but they dont get harassed like this. My mother and brother are living in fear because of the way the agents talk to them and behave. Inspite of telling them that I will settle the amount after I come to India in March they are not willing to listen and speak very very rudely. Let me know what I should do. should I file a complaint against these people?? are you going to take any action from your side?? This is definitely not the way you treat your customers. I have an account with your bank for more than 3 years and a default in payment for 2 mths does not mean i'm going tot cheat you. I have made correct payment for the last 2 years, I request you to pls look into this and see what can be done.

                    Yes, but in case if there is specific unparliamentary words used against your family, just file a legal notice and ask the bank to send an apology letter along with some compensation.Till that time, do not pay a single pie.I experienced this and the bank guys are literally begging me now.
                    The collection agents has no power to talk to your family.They can talk only to the person who has borrowed .Your family can make police complaint to get rid of these unruly elements .Consult a lawyer and file legal notice to settle your loan with the bank legally.

                          I had booked ticket in the online website from Kotak Credit card on 25.10.2008. The transaction was not happened and it was saying that the transaction is declined. But i do see that the transaction is billed.

                          This is ridiculous since it has been billed for more than thrice. I want this to be taken care on urgent basis.

                            Hi This is Madhuri and i have applied for the passport in NOvember 2006 in Andhra Pradesh. But it was my badluck that i got job in Bangalore, Karnataka after i have applied for the passport. Verification happend and i visited AP passport office 4 times. at last they transfereed my application to Bangalore as they concluded that i am the resident of Bangalore. I went to Bangalore passport office and i have submitted all the necessary documents in Bangalore passport office and they told me that the verification will happen to my current residence address. It happend 4 months back and still no body has come to my residence address for verification. It took more than 2 years and still i dint get my passport yet and there is no response from the Bangalore passport office even i called them up so many times.

                              Hi Sir,

                              Kindly help my to get my EPF amount transferred from previous employer ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT. LTD. with PF number Maharashtra/Bandra -- MH/BAN/45665/16781
                              to current employer Fidelity's PF Account number HR/GGN/25531/8140.

                              The transfer application was submitted on 31/10/2007with receipt no:71242318. Not yet done. Kindly help. I sent many mails, faxes and post to the Bandra office.

                              1 year has passed since the transfer was applied and still no response. Now I am not able to see my previous employer Accenture listed in the EPFindia.com website too.

                                My name is vinay kumar aluri and my telephone number is [protected]. from past 6 months i have been receiving calls from hdfc bank reagrding a customer called mohammad who didnt pay his due. i havebeen telling them that i am not person and i am using this number from past two years. today got a call from 66956118 number which is airport road hdfc bank branch, bangalore. shobha has given me a call and was asking for the same person again. i told her that i want to talk to her manager and she disconnected the phone. i called back to the same number and she was not ready to give her manager mail id or his/her name and again disconnected the call. I called again. some one called nandhini answered the call this time and started shouting at me as if i was harasing her. she said i have lot of money in my mobile and thats why i am calling them again and again and also shouting that i dont have any other work other than calling them.

                                  My application details are mention below :MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 45665 / Employee No : 10346759 As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below: No one Reply on Email & also Officers / pf employer not available on Phone .[protected]@vsnl.net, [protected]@vsnl.net & Ph no -[protected], [protected]). When ever I check the details it says establishment doen’t exist and says form not submitted.

                                  Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

                                    For the past 7-8 months i am struggling to get my PF fund, still no result.
                                    Given below are the details:

                                    This is Lakshmi Sunitha Ch, came out from Wings Group of company at Hyderabad.

                                    This is with reference to my PF withdrawal amount

                                    PF A/c No. : KN/35019/6055

                                    I had opted to withdraw the PF amount and had submitted the relevant forms through the finance centre of the organization i.e.Wings group of company and was submitted by them at Indranagar branch. The above application was resubmitted on 9th April

                                    When I phoned to wings office, they told me that it may take maximum 40 days. The application was returned first time with some querry and was resubmitted on 9th April, which also passed more than 40 days. Hence II would like to know the status of the same since I have not received any information.

                                      I am a software engineer by profession, working for M/s Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, India.

                                      During the year 2008 while I was staying at Bangalore, I entered the house of Mr. Malola residing at 465/A, 17G Main, Koramangala - 6th Block, Bangalore-560095, as a tenant on the 2nd floor of the same house.

                                      Now i need to fly back to delhi as i have been relocated there, but
                                      my problem is that the land lord is not returning the security deposit and not giving a date also as to when he'll do the same but has made his own clause that he'll be deucting 60% of the deposit as he needs it for the repair of the room and its painting but he didnt do all these when giving the room to us too and of the rest of the amount he cant tell when he'll be giving it back.

                                      Under the circumstances, can anyone please help me what legal actions i can take against him as there was no written contract.

                                        I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Bangalore as a Server Analyst, i had resigned 17th July 2007 and
                                        i had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India)
                                        Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but
                                        there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfindia.nic.in my Application Papers recived on 30th Oct 2007,

                                        Accenture Services Pvt Ltd — Wrong Amount Debit

                                        Hi,

                                        This is to inform you that I am using the Axix Meal card which is provided by my company in which I am working Company Name is Accenture Services Pvt Ltd . I purchased some items from Hyper Market ( Shop Name) which is located in Sarjapur Road. I have purchased some items of 303 INR for which I have produced by Axis Meal card he swipe it for two times and he is getting the error message that there is no sufficient fund but there was a balance in my card. I have made this transtion on 15/12/07. Can you please look in to this matter and the same can you CR in my account.

                                        Numerous emails to the finance team in Accenture, Numerous calls to the PF office in mumbai but no response yet regarding the status of my PF dues from anybody.
