[Resolved]  Action Shoes — defect in shoes

Dear Sir,
I am raju pisal. I live in Jakatwadi, Tal-Dist-Satara (Maharashtra). I am working in a Consumer Court at Nandurbar (Maharashtra). I purchased Sport Shoes of Action from SATARA FOOTWEAR SHOP, SATARA. (G.P.C.802, Colour-White and blue, Price-899/-., Purchased on 22/10/2008 ). There was defecte in sole from nex day of purchasing. I told to the Proprietor of the shop. But he told to me that there is no problem. and sent be back. But actually shoes was defective. In January it was torn but i stitched it from cobler. That time I was in Nandurbar. (Maharashtra) So I can't show the shoe to the SATARA FOOTWEAR SHOP. but now he is not ready to accept it. He said to me that go and you do what you want. He lost his mental balance and talked with mannerslessly way. He has no need of customers. I want to purchase the only ACTION SHOES because I used it from many years. lease order to take back shoes and returned the new.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a pair of ‘MILANO’ shoes from "Foot Style Shoes" Dayanand Colony, Ground Floor, New Rly. Road, (Opp. Fire Station) Gurgaon on 19-06-09. I wore this pair only for 1day and found that skin of right shoe of the pair has broken from side.Such a poor quality of the pair has made me astonished like nothing.When I went to shopkeeper he denied to replace the shoes.You are requested to get the pair checked and replacement of the pair be provided immediately to recuperate and gain the lost faith that I had been keeping in my mind from last 5 years.

Dear Sir;

i have purchase a Pair of milano shoes from jia Traders Kumar bhawan Opp .Govt Inter College, Meerut City-250002 UTTAR PRADESH PH[protected] on date 17/05/08.He gave me Three Month WARRanty on my Shoes But my Shoes Sole get Break within 45 Days. When I Visit To Shop for Shoe Change He Said me you Have to Pay 25% Value of Shoe for Replacement the shoes.

Dear Sir,
I am Ravi Pratap Singh.I had purchase a campus shoes From Anand Boot House F-144-G-2 Main Bazar Laxmi Nagar Delhi-92 (Phone No[protected]in First Week of October 2009. He Gave me 3 Month Warranty. But Shoes is broken from side with in 5 days.When i went to Shop he denied to replace my shoes and he told me for repaire. After repairing again the both shoes is broken. Again i went to shop and he denied to replace the shoes and he put my shoes for repairing. But again the same problem is come.I have requested to please provide a replacement of my pair of shoes as soon as possible.

i purchased campus shoes from company shop of action shoes rates 1200/- shoes got damaged in abuot a second month and after one months i went to the showroom at budaun but they says someone will come from company then it will check. after two month they says it is out of warrenty so it can not replace.

due to bitter experience i did not want to purchase the same brand though i am a regular custumer of action
